BACLOSAN (baclofen 25mg) is a muscle relaxant with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. Suggested Use

Main ingredient: baclofen 25mg.

Excipients: lactose, potato starch, gelatin, talc, magnesium stearate, ethylcellulose.

Baclosan is taken orally.Initial dose for adults - 5 mg 3 times/day during eating. For optimal therapeutic effect, the dose may be increased every 3 days to 30-75mg/day. Maximum dose is 100mg/day. For children initial dose is 5mg 3 times/day during eating. If it is required, the dose will be increased every 3 days. Daily recommended dose for children aged 1-2 years is 10-20 mg/day; for children aged 2-10 years - 30-60mg/day; for children aged 6-10 years is 30-60mg/day.

Side Effects

Drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, confusion, gait disorders, nausea, vomiting, constipation, urinary retention.


Store in dry place at room temperature. Do not exceed storage temperature higher than 25 degrees Celcius. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep locked and away from children.
