Excipients: lactose, potato starch, gelatin, talc, magnesium stearate, ethylcellulose.
Baclosan is taken orally.Initial dose for adults - 5 mg 3 times/day during eating. For optimal therapeutic effect, the dose may be increased every 3 days to 30-75mg/day. Maximum dose is 100mg/day. For children initial dose is 5mg 3 times/day during eating. If it is required, the dose will be increased every 3 days. Daily recommended dose for children aged 1-2 years is 10-20 mg/day; for children aged 2-10 years - 30-60mg/day; for children aged 6-10 years is 30-60mg/day.
